The reader includes all 714 scans and their saved text. Recorded review status is 710 approved pages and four pages needing revision. Review status is not a guarantee of linguistic or historical accuracy.

- Part III scans 164–165 have partial transcription and translation.
- Part IV scans 178 and 182 retain unresolved readings.

Uncertainties, gaps, and page notes remain visible. Original source images, structured transcriptions, page translations, and review records are preserved. No historical or linguistic corrections were made during this packaging step.
