**Finding (23 September 2026):** I found no record-specific license, public-domain statement, or other official basis authorizing publication of complete transcriptions or translations of records 10622517, 10623183, 10623184, and 10623185. This is a finding about the official sources I could access, not a determination that permission is impossible or that any particular party owns all rights. Public online access alone does not establish republication rights. The existing request draft remains necessary; it records that permission has not been requested or obtained.

## What remains unknown

No accessible official source established who owns copyright, whether a rights grant accompanied the archival deposit, whether these particular transcript pages are protected or public domain in any relevant jurisdiction, or whether Yad Vashem will authorize full online publication. I have not calculated a copyright term: authorship, publication history, and applicable jurisdiction are not verified. Any fair-use or similar exception would require separate, fact-specific analysis and is not a blanket publication clearance.

For the contemplated full public English translation, publication clearance remains **not established**. The records may be examined for private research subject to applicable access terms, but that does not itself authorize distributing a complete transcription or translation.
